Our Dentists

Dr. Mireille Kaprilian is a friendly, down-to-earth general dentist who believes good dentistry starts with trust, honesty, and taking the time to listen. She is committed to providing comfortable, dependable care in a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and well looked after.

She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Western University and has spent her career caring for patients in both community and hospital settings across Ontario and Canada. Her broad background allows her to take a calm, thoughtful, and practical approach to dental care.

Dr. Kaprilian’s experience includes:

· Providing full-scope general dentistry 

· Caring for families, seniors, and children, with an emphasis on long-term relationships

· Treating patients with complex medical conditions in hospital-based dental clinics

· Providing dental care for patients before, during, and after cancer treatment

· Managing dental emergencies with a steady, reassuring approach

· Teaching and mentoring dental residents and students, reflecting her commitment to high standards of care

· Ongoing training in restorative, surgical, and implant dentistry to keep care modern and reliable

Dr. Kaprilian believes in explaining treatment options clearly, answering questions honestly, and helping patients make decisions that feel right for them. She understands that many patients feel nervous about dental visits and takes pride in creating a calm, respectful experience.

She is proud to serve the Fergus community and looks forward to caring for local families for many years to come.  

Dr. Noor Saiyed (“Dr. Syd”) is an associate dentist who is committed to providing comprehensive patient-centred dental care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto, where she developed a strong foundation in general dentistry and gained experience caring for patients with a wide range of dental and medical needs.

Dr. Syd takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals, and believes that effective dental care is built on trust where patients feel informed and involved in their care. She is passionate about creating positive dental experiences and helping patients build lasting oral health.

Her clinical interests include comprehensive general dentistry, treatment planning and management of patients with special medical needs.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Syd enjoys travelling, hiking, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Rachel Imai earned a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Applied Science, and Master of Science from the University of Guelph before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at McGill University. Her diverse academic background has shaped a strong foundation in science, research, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Imai is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients of all ages feel at ease.

Outside of the office, Dr. Imai enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their corgi, Wall-E. Whether it’s hiking, exploring new trails, or relaxing in nature, she believes in the importance of balance and wellness - values she brings into her approach to dentistry.
